Mobile App for Contractors
A dedicated mobile app that gives contractors a professional toolkit in their pocket. Team messaging, job scheduling, photo documentation, expense tracking, and more, built for how contractors actually work on site.
The Problem
Contractors are on-site all day and need mobile-first tools. Desktop dashboards are useful but not practical when you are on a job. The app needed to feel native, load fast, and handle the daily operations that keep a contracting business running.
The Solution
A native iOS and Android app built with Expo and React Native, sharing the same Supabase backend as the web platform. Purpose-built for the contractor workflow: team coordination, job management, documentation, and business operations from a single app.
The Story
Where it started
Once the web platform was live, it became clear that contractors needed a mobile-first experience. They are on job sites, not at desks. A responsive website was not enough. The app needed to feel native, load fast, and give contractors real business tools they could use between jobs and on site.
Where it is now
Live on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store since April 2026. Contractors can manage their profiles, coordinate with team members via in-app messaging, schedule and track jobs, document completed work with photos, track expenses, and manage subscriptions. Shares the same Supabase backend and authentication as the web platform.
Where it's going
Adding calendar integration for scheduling and integrating with accounting and financing tools like QuickBooks to give contractors a complete business management solution from a single app.
